As Chief Program Officer & Director of EnCompass, Cara provides strategic leadership for EnCompass' comprehensive portfolio of academic, enrichment, intervention, and family support programs. She oversees the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of initiatives that help children and families thrive both in and beyond the classroom. Leading cross-functional teams, Cara drives innovation in program development, strengthens organizational impact through data-informed practices, and cultivates partnerships across education, healthcare, workforce development, social services, and community organizations. She also directs EnCompass' Family Navigation and Surround Supports strategy, ensuring children and families can access the resources, services, and opportunities they need to overcome barriers, build stability, and achieve long-term success.
