We are helping children to succeed academically by promoting, developing, and supporting academic programs, whole-child supports, capacity building, and professional development.
EnCompass is our premier provider of services for students and families, including afterschool and summer learning, school day intervention, wraparound Navigation, college and career development, and family capacity building. Each year, EnCompass serves 2,400 children grades Pre-K through post-graduation with demonstrated success.
Our legacy organization is The Norman Howard School – a private, special education school- which provides learning disabilities support for more than 100 children (grades 5 – 12) every year. The Norman Howard School has a 99% graduation rate since 1984!
Our foundation and network of partners collaborate to both provide and leverage resources that promote achievement for students and improve educational outcomes for our community.
The Student Success Project (SSP) is a comprehensive initiative dedicated to empowering parents as pivotal members of their children's educational team.
A team of grassroots experts equip families with the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to assert and uphold their educational rights.
