Impact Across Our Organizations

Students welcomed into our programs are capable, hard-working and resilient, but their academic success is made vulnerable by learning challenges, and school attendance and engagement concerns.  School success seems distant and even out of reach when they first begin at The Norman Howard School or EnCompass. In addition to facing major barriers (many that are symptoms of poverty), schools, services and systems in our community comprise a landscape that can be confusing to navigate. 

With academic services and trusting relationships forged within our Education Success family of organizations, and holistic supports through our groundbreaking Navigation Approach, the 2,400 students we serve benefit from personalized support year-round to reach their brightest futures. Throughout our classrooms and campuses, students are preparing to graduate and embark on successful lives, and supports are expanding out to their families so parents are equipped to lead the way.
