TAVA 2.0: EnCompass and URMC's Healthcare Careers Pathway is Back and Even Better!

The TAVA program, a program developed by EnCompass and URMC Department of Surgery, pairs 15 teens with medical professionals to create solutions for community violence, explore healthcare fields, learn life-saving techniques, shadow different departments, and promote health among peers. 

Kick-off for this summer's TAVA experience was featured on Rochester First.
