Invest $15M in Rochester Children & Families: Raise $6M + the power of the Sands Family Foundation 1.5x match.

  • Expand Reach: serve 2,700 by increasing intervention + college and career readiness capacity.
  • Deepen Support: Provide 50% of students with 2+ services, 850 people with wraparound navigation, and evaluate the effects of layered supports.
  • Work-Readiness: Serve 15,000 youth, coordinate community-wide pathways, and place 1,000 youth in jobs.
